Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs
1 cup oatmeal
6 oz blueberries
1/2 cup milk in eggs, coffee and oatmeal
1/2 cup yogurt
Lunch:
4 oz hamburger
1 cup vegetables
1 cup salad
1 cup rice
Supper:
4 oz hamburger
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup salad
1 cup potato
This is what I ate and today was a good day!
