Today is a new day. I'm trying an online meeting.

Breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
6 oz strawberries
1 cup milk in oatmeal and coffee

Lunch:
4 oz chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup fajita peppers
1 cup rice

Supper:
4 oz chicken
mashed potatoes
green beans
cauliflower
