Here's the plan. I'll report on what I did at the end of the day.

Breakfast:

4 oz hard boiled egg
1/2 cup yogurt with berrries & cinnamon
1 cup of oatmeal with milk
milk in my coffee

Lunch:
chicken
rice
fajita peppers
salad

Supper:
Probably the same unless a miracle happens. That's about all that left in the house to eat.

Snack:
Yogurt and berries

I was grumpy yesterday. Kinda grumpy today.
